These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ARKK, a messaging application provided by Genroar ("we", "us"). By downloading or using ARKK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ARKK.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ARKK. By using ARKK you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. Your identity and your keys

ARKK does not use accounts. Your identity is a set of cryptographic keys generated on your device and represented by a 12-word recovery phrase. You are solely responsible for safeguarding that phrase. We cannot recover it, reset it, or restore your identity if it is lost, there is no key escrow and no account recovery, by design.

3. Acceptable use

ARKK is a tool for private communication. You agree not to use ARKK to engage in unlawful activity, to harass or harm others, or to infringe the rights of others. Because your messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot and do not monitor their content; responsibility for what you send rests with you and the people you communicate with.

4. Service availability

ARKK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Encrypted messages awaiting delivery may be deleted after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKK is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. See our security model for an honest account of what ARKK does and does not protect against.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genroar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ARKK. [Counsel to finalize the liability cap and any jurisdiction-specific carve-outs.]

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date and announced inside the app where appropriate. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law
